Detailed description
Overview:
7011 Low-Temperature Extreme Pressure Grease
Great Wall 7011 Low-Temperature Extreme Pressure Grease is made from synthetic oil thickened with a soap-based thickener and refined with molybdenum disulfide and additives for antioxidants, rust inhibitors, and structural improvements.
Performance characteristics:
◎ Excellent low-temperature performance ensures normal bearing operation at low temperatures
◎ Good lubricity protects bearings and reduces wear
◎ Excellent mechanical stability and colloidal stability prevent grease loss
◎ Low bearing leakage tendency ensures proper bearing lubrication
◎ Excellent extreme pressure performance ensures proper bearing lubrication under heavy loads
Recommended:
Suitable for lubricating heavy-duty aircraft gears, flap control mechanisms, tail wheels, landing gear pivot bearings, and other mechanical components such as screw drives and chain drives. It can also be used to lubricate and reduce wear on machine tool thimbles during heavy workpiece cutting.
Applicable Temperature Range: -60°C to 120°C
